Customized Programmes

With the objective of providing best in class training courses, BIRD-M organizes customized and comprehensive training programmes according to the needs of our partners and clients in the banking and financial sector. Our programmes offer a combination of technical, professional and soft-skills training along with industry-specific workshops and conferences.
To customize a training programme, please send a request to BIRD, Mangaluru outlining the challenges you face and the gaps in your training. After reviewing your training needs, the institute will first speak with you about the challenges you face and then prepare a comprehensive proposal and programme to meet your specific training requirements. It takes up to 2-3 weeks to organize a customized training programme. Costs may differ from the standard training prices and will depend on location, venue, total number of participants and time of year. Training sessions can be held at our BIRD, Mangaluru campus or at your premises.
