Rural Immersion Program for our Executives which was organized from 29 November 2021 to 01 December 2021

Feedback :

  • We would like to mention in particular the efforts taken by Shri. L. Sanjvi and Smt. Mangala K S, both faculties from BIRD, in coordinating with various stakeholders during the immersion programme. They were present throughout with the participants and guided them wherever necessary. All the visits were planned well in advance which helped a lot in maintaining the schedule and sticking to the timing.
  • Our participants have informed us that their outlook towards rural life, rural knowledge and economy has undergone a change, which would enable them to discharge their responsibilities towards rural folk in a more empathetic and realistic manner.
  • The tour of Varanshi Organic Farms was also very educative and again we are thankful to you for suggesting the same and planning the farm tour meticulously.
  • Overall, it was an enthralling experience and the participants were very delighted.
  • We once again thank you and look forward for more such enriching association with you
